  • Our services encompass cost planning, design and feasibility reviews, tender management, detailed analysis and recommendations, as well as full contract superintendency. Delivered under our QBCC Project Management Services licence, our work is undertaken in accordance with the legislative, contractual and ethical requirements governing building and construction projects in Queensland.

    We operate across a range of roles, including Contract Superintendent, Principal’s Representative and contract delivery specialists within multidisciplinary design teams.   • Using the experience of a qualified landscape designer and licensed builder within our team, we undertake rigorous design reviews to assess constructability prior to tender. These reviews evaluate design feasibility, construction methodology, material selection and detailing, supported by detailed cost estimates, risk assessments and value management analysis. This integrated, technically informed approach enables early identification of issues, improved constructability and greater cost certainty for our clients.

  • From issuing and managing tenders through to handling RFIs, addenda, detailed cost analysis and informed recommendations, we manage every aspect of a rigorous tender process with a high level of financial discipline and commercial insight. Our extensive experience in contractor-side cost planning and estimating provides a holistic understanding of tendering from both client and contractor perspectives, enabling robust evaluation, risk mitigation and confident decision-making.

  • We facilitate and manage all required inspections throughout the construction phase, from pre-start meetings through to practical completion and defect inspections. Our team includes a licensed and qualified builder and site supervisor with extensive on-site experience, enabling a thorough understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing and compliance requirements.

    Works are rigorously monitored, independently assessed and accurately documented to ensure full alignment with contractual obligations, statutory requirements and industry best practice. This hands-on, technically informed approach provides strong project governance, mitigates risk, and delivers a consistently high standard of quality, compliance and overall project control.

  • We recognise that the long-term success of landscape infrastructure projects depends on effective establishment and ongoing maintenance. Our team includes qualified horticulturalists who bring specialist knowledge of planting systems, soil performance and landscape maintenance requirements. We facilitate comprehensive on-establishment, on-maintenance and off-maintenance inspections to verify that landscape works are healthy, compliant with specifications and performing as intended over time.

    In addition, we manage and coordinate the administration, assessment and release of bonds and guarantees in line with contractual obligations and defined maintenance milestones.
